Did you know that quarterly reports are required for open-ended TFEs even after the compensating and mitigating measures have been implemented? You would be reporting on the continued maintenance of the measures once implemented, including any adjustments or modifications. The first quarterly report is not required until after the TFE has been approved following the substantive review of the Part-B data. Currently, the regions are in the initial stages of drafting a common reporting template.
